29 Great Rock Rd. in Sherborn, Massachusetts, started life as a 2500 square-foot, architect-designed, four bedroom three bath modern ranch in 1962, complete with carport.

Prior to our acquiring it in 1996, it had gone through some kitchen and bath remodeling. We removed all vinyl siding and aluminum soffits and restored the exterior of the house with all new cedar siding shingles. We enclosed the carport and made it into a two car garage and cleaned up and re-landscaped the fabulous 1.6 acre yard and skating pond that abutted the Audubon reservation and trails. We completely freshened the interior of the house as well.
